The damage was discovered days after the memorial had been repaired and cleaned for Anzac Day commemoration services.A 16-year-old girl was charged with damaging or defacing a protected place and breach of her bail conditions.

The girl appeared at Bidura Childrens Court on Monday and was remanded into custody until her next court appearance on June 4.
