24-year-old will face court next year charged with more than 500 graffiti offences.

Bruin Robert Carlsson, was in Court charged with spray painting a train carriages.

The offence occurred on May 15 but Carlsson, who is allegedly responsible for the graffiti tag "Pawn", was arrested earlier this month.

In court today, prosecutors sought to have his case adjourned to match up with 551 other graffiti-related charges laid against him after investigations a Taskforce Against Graffiti.

The hundreds of offences relate to his alleged vandalism of City Council and rail assets, as well as private property.

The Taskforce Against Graffiti includes police and councils officers who track vandal activity.

Carlsson's case is back in court on January 10, 2011
