A GRAFFITI vandal was found carrying a knife and pistol when police caught him at the Convention Centre, police allege.

The 26-year-old allegedly had been marking graffiti in the centre lifts with another man when police found them on Monday, October 25 about 9.50pm.

The Royal Park man was charged with carrying an offensive weapon and possessing a prescribed firearm, as well as marking graffiti.

A Port Adelaide man, 21, was charged with marking graffiti.
